I am a professional copywriter, content writer and newspaper columnist.
Writing is a universal skill, especially when you’ve been doing it for a long time. I can turn my hand to most industries and love learning about new areas. I’m currently writing SEO content for various SaaS and tech businesses. I also have extensive experience in the home interiors and charity sectors. And, if you own a pet business, writing about dogs is my passion.
My background is diverse with writing at its heart. I have a degree in English & Publishing and diplomas in Proofreading & Copy Editing, as well as Copywriting.
For many years I worked closely with the media as a PR consultant (I was a founding director of London-based Hillgate PR, now Houston), and also as a features writer for consumer and B2B magazines. So, when I produce copy for your business, I have a solid understanding of how to tailor copy for different audiences.
I’m in my sixth year of writing a monthly newspaper column about my rescue dog, I have an established ‘dog blog’ at flossiedog.com and I am also a contributing author of the US book, Gone Dogs.
